Tap the big red button and M-Gen will write a song for you. If you like it, save it to the Library for listening later. If you don't like it, no problem! Just tap the red button again for a whole new song.

M-Gen is ideal for:
- anyone who likes listening to various types of electronic music
- song writers needing inspiration for a new melody, bassline or other musical part
- DJs wanting original material to mix into their tunes

M-Gen ("Music Generator") creates random yet tonally and rhythmically integrated songs based on a number of settings you can play with in the Setup section.

You can use M-Gen to create entire songs, or if you are a musician looking for some ideas to include in your own compositions you can configure M-Gen to only create percussion, bassline, effects, melody or harmony tracks, or any combination of these.

For dance tunes, increase the tempo and include purcussion and bassline tracks.

For ambient sounds, decrease the tempo and only use an effects track or add a harmony track for more texture.

The algorithms used by M-Gen are always evolving and improving to include more possible musical structures.

The app has no advertising and there's no need to set up an account. Simple!
