Sign-up to the mobile app using email and password
Verify your password and email
Sign-in to the mobile app using email and password
Reinitialise your password if you like
Onboarding:
Enter your name, gender, age, height and weight
Choose between a personalized journey - being assigned to your digital personal trainer and a non-personalized journey
If you’re paired with a digital personal trainer, he will create a personalised training plan with you
Choose a trainer gender that will also apply to the gender of the digital personal trainer in your videos
Schedule or start a deeper assessment for a digital personal trainer to come up with your personalised plan
Configuration:
Pair your app with the mirror to set it up
Configure your VAHA from the phone using bluetooth and network
Give a name to your VAHA/your account
Features:
See what workout you have planned for the day and how long it will take
Click on it, if you want to see your workout overview (the details of the exercises)
Access your plan overview and your planning overview (via a calendar)
Access your overview of calories burnt and workouts done
Access your benchmark exercises from the assessment and be able to re-enter the data anytime
See who is the digital personal trainer assigned to you and their specialty, credentials and a presentation video

Check your current workout plan, with your goal on how many times per week you planned to work out and how far you’ve got
