BBC Weather app and your privacy:
The BBC Weather app allows you to display weather information based on your current location. You can turn this feature on/off at any time via Settings > Apps > BBC Weather > Permissions > Locations.
If you choose to enable this option, don't worry, your precise location is not shared with the BBC; the app just chooses the closest location where weather information is available. No other personal data relating to you is sent to the BBC.
