A pattern of four or five code pegs will be chosen each new game. Duplicates are allowed depending on player choice, so this app could even choose four code pegs of the same color.

Each guess is made by placing a row of code pegs on the decoding board. The player tries to guess the pattern, in both order and color, within 7 turns.
